Saving energy and resources - superconductors make both possible, and in the smallest of spaces: they transport large amounts of electricity on small cable cross-sections with practically no electrical losses. Thanks to a wide range of possible applications, superconductors can make a substantial contribution to the energy transition as well as to climate protection and resource conservation.
